Annette is a bilingual community connector with more than 35 years of professional experience, known in the  Rochester community as the “Latina Storyteller.” She has devoted her career to ensuring equitable artistic and business opportunities. Her ability to bring together diverse teams has generated positive branding opportunities for organizations and companies, increasing their outreach and impact. She is a member of the Rochester Hispanic Business Association and serves on the Advisory Board of the National Latinx Theatre Commons and Board of The Arts and Cultural Council of Greater Rochester, where she co-chairs the Diversity Committee. Annette is also the founder of the Rochester Latino Theatre Company. She has won a number of awards including the Hispanic Positive Impact Award in 2014 for her work in the community, along with the RCSD 2015 Hispanic Volunteer Award.
