Dresden holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and theater and a master’s degree in communication. For 15 years she directed the public relations and social media efforts at George Eastman Museum, which placed on the front lines managing media events in New York City, Hollywood, and European cities.

She has served as chairwoman of Visit Rochester’s Visitor Industry Council and was a founding board member of the High Falls Film Festival. Dresden is a professional actor and singer, a popular emcee and guest speaker at numerous events and conferences, and has taught the upper-level PR courses at SUNY Brockport and created social-media courses for St. John Fisher College.

Anyone who knows her knows she lights up a room, and that’s a terrific advantage for a person in a position to spread the word about the company she is working for. I have always been impressed by the strong relationships she has built with members of the media.
